A GLORIOUS DAY - Virginia Whitson Parker has joined John, Pat Thune, Edith Anderson and so many others in her heavenly home.

She left this earth early Saturday morning Sept 1, 2012 after a restful night. The timing was most likely chosen once John finished painting and installing shelves in their new mansion. :-)

Virginia lived a faithful life as wife, mother and encourager. Many lives and marriages are changed today as a result of her life. We are grateful for all she has meant to us and are thankful for her faithful example.

A memorial service is planned for Sunday afternoon at 3:30 Sept 16th at Yorba Linda Friends Church in Yorba Linda CA. For a map http://goo.gl/maps/AJ9Ab Service details are available from the church office at 714-777-2875.

The body of Christ has gained so much from the love and ministry of this godly, righteous man God gave us. Thank you Lord for sending John to help heal and restore so many of our marriages (we know firsthand), and for teaching our men how to be godly husbands, fathers and leaders in their home and to be Christ like.

John and Virginia’s lives have been lived serving their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and John’s mission was that not one person be “left behind” and not “know Jesus”. So if you know John…you better know Jesus!

For all of us youngn's Pappy Parker taught, we will joyfully grab hold of the baton and do our part to share and show Jesus to the lives we touch. John 14:6-7

Pappy Parker will have many jewels in his crown to lay down at the feet of Jesus.

We will miss him, but know he is going to have our place all painted and waiting for us!!!
